Shipping to Us: Customers are responsible for shipping their ECU to our facility.

Return Shipping: We cover return shipping after your ECU has been tuned.

Required Form: A short tuning form will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchase. Please complete it and include a printed copy inside the box with your ECU.

U.S. Customers: If you're shipping from the United States, please declare the item value as $1 CAD. Failure to do so may result in additional duty charges, which will be your responsibility.

At Mylifter Garage, we take pride in getting your order packed securely and shipped as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier, and selected shipping method.
Once an order has shipped, Mylifter Garage is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

RETURNS

If your item arrives damaged, please contact myliftergarage@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a solution.
All items are thoroughly inspected and properly packaged before shipping. In the event that damage occurs during transit, a shipping claim will be filed, and we will proceed accordingly with the appropriate resolution.
